Asterisk Mobility Call center Applications and API

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Alicia is a customer service manager working in a multi cultural help desk environment of a large e-commerce, specializing in luggage delivery for people traveling through international airports.
The Alicia customer care is spread across three main airport hubs and she is used to have her team moving frequently across the different customer care offices.

As a result, she is looking for an Asterisk solution able to manage the agent login and logout inside different queues, using either a CTI Desktop application or a Mobile App.

The XCALLY Team will present the concept of a Mobile Application - available for free on the Android market place - able to interact with Asterisk 13, in order to manage the call center agent most common operations, especially useful for teleworker agents, moving then to an example of an Omni Channel WebRTC agent application concept build for Asterisk, optimized for the call center environments.
