Mitch Rodrigues
Mitch Rodrigues is a self-taught software engineer with 13 years of coding experience. In 2012, he began working at Telmate, a leading provider of secure corrections and community corrections solutions, and is currently a Senior Software Engineer / Tech Lead.
Mitch built his career moving companies into the digital world. One of his major accomplishes at Telmate is designing a secure content media streaming service that averages 60,000 rpm and over 1 billion rp/y. This service leverages real time manipulation of content encryption and caching for all of Telmate’s media purposes.
He currently maintains Telmate’s vast disconnect VoIP system, including multiple Asterisk servers and streamlines Telmate’s orchestration and deployment strategies.
Mitch is an active participant in the Ruby community and in several open source projects including Asterisk, ElasticSearch and MySQL.
