At RingPlus, Evan was in charge of all technical aspects of the MVNO. He shepherded the creation of 100k+ user mobile cell network utilizing NFV cloud deployments, IMS/SIP AS integration for Sprint and other Tier 1 mobile carriers, and customer big data and predictive consumer segmentation analysis to help drive product direction.
